At 27, Eden Ducourant isn't one to do things by halves. Sport, music, dance: from an early age, she has added many strings to her bow. She was 11 when spotted by director Olivier Marchal to star in his series Braquo on Canal+. An encounter that encouraged her to pursue acting, that she explored at Cours Florent. After completing her baccalaureate in literature, she left Paris for London, where she graduated from Central Saint Martins with a Bachelor of Arts in Culture, Criticism and Curation. At the same time, she trained at the Giles Foreman Centre for Acting. In 2014, she starred in Dominique Farrugia's Bis, took part in Andréa Bescond and Éric Métayer's César-winning film Les Chatouilles, and with them began directing theater with La leçon de danse in 2017. An experience she pursues in cinema, co-writing and co-directing with her brother the short film La clé du problème, selected at the 2019 Alpe d'Huez Film Festival, the Regarde-Moi Bien campaign for the Fondation des Femmes and a documentary pilot for LVMH. In 2023, she presented her first solo production with the short film Temps Attendu and is writing her first feature film this year. In 2018, she took part in a reading of Les Monologues du Vagin in Paris, while coordinating the exhibition Artistes à la Une Togeth'her at the Monnaie de Paris, in aid of UN Women, a carte blanche for thirty-three artists to pay tribute to iconic women on the front cover of Vogue Paris magazine. She participated in the production of the 2021 edition, which invited 26 contemporary artists to create a portrait of a committed and inspiring woman. On television, she played the title role in the TF1 series Pour Sarah and the lead role in the TF1 & Netflix series Une Mère Parfaite, Martine in the Amazon series Totems and Juliette in the historical series Les Combattantes.
